Classes at CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes are designed for those wishing to obtain a Real Estate license and successfully begin a profitable career in Real Estate.
Meetings are arranged by Hugo Torres and can take place at either our Monrovia or Glendora office.
The course is comprised of three subjects that together qualify the student to take the Department of Real Estate's license examination. The average period per course is 4 - 6 weeks
.
At the completion of the school you will participate in a 2 ½ hour open-book test that will be graded by Real Estate Trainers (RET). When the student successfully achieves a passing
grade of at least 70% or better (per subject), they will receive the certificates of completion required by the state prior to requesting the date for the state examination.
Throughout the program, you will be expected to partake in activities that will ensure success in their chosen field. Among these are:
